First Aid at work
Course Aim
This course will give delegates the skills they need to become a successful First Aider in the workplace. It will also provide delegates with life saving and first aid techniques in line with current legislation.

- Choking and respiratory disorders

- Eye injuries
- Secondary survey
- Treatment of unconscious casualty
- Treatment of bleeding casualty
- Treatment of casualty suffering from anaphylaxis
- Treatment of casualty with head injury
Burns
- Responsibilities of a First Aider
- Accident reporting
Examination Information
Delegates are assessed on their performance throughout the course, and in a practical demonstration and examination.
